As creative lead at RNL for Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, a unified institution representing Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield Universities, I guided the creative direction for multchannel fundraising campaigns including the Fall Appeal, #GivingTuesday, Calendar Year End, Giving Day, and Fiscal Year End initiatives. My work centered on developing cohesive digital and print materials that honored each campus’s identity. Through close collaboration with the university development and advancement departments, I ensured every asset aligned with donor engagement goals and current standards for accessibility, responsiveness, and visual clarity.
Across campaigns, the creative approach contributed to performance that consistently exceeded benchmark averages. Engagement rates improved, click-through performance rose above typical year-over-year results, and Giving Day efforts saw notable increases in donor participation and overall momentum. These outcomes reflected the impact of thoughtful design decisions, from call-to-action placement and color strategy to typography, hierarchy, and audience specific messaging. The result was a unique look and feel for each university through a massive breadth of materials that supported record setting fundraising success across all three campuses.
